Through the ‘My Account’ section of the website you’ll be able to find information relating to your order. Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse you should receive shipping information from UPS with estimated delivery date and time via email. Through UPS directly you’ll be able to update any delivery preferences should you need to amend anything.
If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, you can reject this on delivery and it will be returned to our warehouse. Following, we can issue you a reorder or refund. If part of your order is damaged please contact the team at hellousa@brewdog.com with details of the product and images so we can rectify this for you. If you have placed a large order we will often send it across separate consignments. You can see from UPS tracking how many parcels you can expect to be delivered. If it has been 48hrs since part of your order was delivered, contact us at hellousa@brewdog.com with details.
Your marketing consent can be easily updated. When logged in to your BrewDog account follow the link to 'Marketing Consent' where you'll be able to update your preferences.
