How can I track my order?

Through the ‘My Account’ section of the website you’ll be able to find information relating to your order. Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse you should receive shipping information from DHL with estimated delivery date and time via email. Through DHL directly you’ll be able to update any delivery preferences should you need to amend anything.

Part of my order is damaged or missing

If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, you can reject this on delivery and it will be returned to our warehouse. Following, we can issue you a reorder or refund. If part of your order is damaged please contact the team at onlineshop@brewdog.com with details of the product and images so we can rectify this for you. If you have placed a large order we will often send it across separate consignments. You can see from DHL tracking how many parcels you can expect to be delivered. If it has been 48hrs since part of your order was delivered, contact us at onlineshop@brewdog.com with details.

How can I redeem a gift card or store credit?

Easy! Add your selected products to your basket and make your way to checkout. On the right you'll see your order summary. Below the total you’ll see a drop down for ‘Gift Card’ where you can input the code to redeem. For ‘Store Credit’ you’ll see a separate drop down to apply any available value. Please note – you’ll need to be logged in to redeem any store credit.

How do I change my marketing preferences?

Your marketing consent can be easily updated. When logged in to your BrewDog account follow the link to 'Marketing Consent' where you'll be able to update your preferences.

What benefits do I get as an Equity Punk?

Owning a part of BrewDog Lifetime discount in our bars and our online shop 1-19 Shares = 5% off 20+ Shares = 10% off A free standard measure of any BrewDog beer on tap for your birthday, every year. You can also claim this perk three days either side of your birthday if you can’t make it on the big day. To be redeemed in bars only.
